I mostly pay attention to how the buttons and paddles feel, and these feel really good. The buttons have a nice click to them, and the back paddles worked perfectly once I got the hang of them. It took me a few games to adjust, but after that they felt natural

The controller felt cheap right out of the box, which already gave me a bad first impression. I was hoping it would at least hold up, but after just two weeks the buttons started getting sticky. Disappointing.

The controller works fine, but it gets uncomfortable quickly. The grip feels a little awkward, and my thumbs start getting tired way faster than they did with my old controller. For the price, I really expected better comfort. Whoever runs this should probably spend more time actually testing it during longer sessions.

At first I was actually happy with the controller. It felt decent in my hands and I was excited to use it, but after only a couple weeks the right stick started drifting and the back buttons would randomly miss inputs during matches.
I went from being impressed to irritated quickly. Aiming started feeling off, I kept having to reset it, and for the price I really expected a lot better. It was just annoying overall, and I don’t think I’d buy from hexgaming again.

I really wanted it to be fine, but the delay annoyed me quickly. Not worth it for me.

I ordered a controller because my old one has been getting a little annoying to use lately, especially when I’m just trying to relax after work. I figured this one would ship out in a few days, but it basically just sat there with no real update. The tracking took forever to show anything, and when I reached out to support, I got the same generic reply that didn’t really tell me much. By the time it finally started moving, I was already regretting the purchase. The controller itself might be perfectly fine, but for the price, the shipping speed was disappointing

My first impression was good overall—the warranty process was simple and easy to deal with. The only downside was the return took a few days longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

I really liked how many ways you can customize things with hexgaming. Picking the colors, buttons, and little details was kind of fun in that way where you don’t realize you’re getting into it, but suddenly you really care about how it all looks and feels.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the site felt a bit overwhelming at first, and I had to go back and double check a few choices before I felt good about ordering. Still, overall it was a solid experience and I left feeling happy with it

I ordered a custom controller from HexGaming, the one that showed up was not what I picked at all. The color was wrong, and the buttons were different too. For how expensive it was, I really expected it to at least match my order. Support took quite a while to get back to me, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Super annoying experience overall.

I ended up paying less than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise!!! The controller feels really solid in my hands and it’s been working great so far!!! Definitely happy with it!!!

Well... support was really helpful and got it sorted quickly for me.
